Ashvasan being a not-for-profit organisation, seeks active voluntary support from citizens. Here are a few ways in which you can support us. If you can contribute in any other way than those listed here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Donate a Grant

Ashvasan has taken upon itself to touch the lives of senior citizens through its various programmes. The running cost of organising these programmes, such as poor feeding, is to the tune of ₹15 - ₹20 lakh per year as of 2019. Ashvasan, being a charitable Non-Governmental Organisation, is solely dependent on voluntary donations. We urge you to join us in this good cause with your monetary donations to Ashvasan. Donations to Ashvasan are exempt from Income Tax u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act.
You may contact any one of our volunteers or our office with your cheque donations. You may also make an online funds transfer to Ashvasan's bank account. Our bank account details are provided below. Be a Volunteer

Ashvasan's recreation centres across Bangalore conduct regular meetings of its members and also hosts talks and workshops for the benefit of the elderly. You may signup as a volunteer to help us arrange the hosting of these events.

Become a Member

You may opt to become a Senior Citizen Member of Ashvasan by making a one-time donation of Rs. 1,000. This enables you to attend the various events conducted by Ashvasan at a nearest recreation centre.

Sponsor an Ashvasan Event

Ashvasan organises several events throughout the year including talks and workshops for Senior Citizens. You may do your bit by sponsoring any of these events. Please contact our office for information on how you can contribute.

Donate Items

You may donate old but usable clothes, blankets & sweaters, mobility aids such as wheelchairs & walkers, medical equipments such as BP & blood sugar monitors. Ashvasan will ensure that these reach deserving elderly people.
